ROLE OF GOVERMENT EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION’S GRADUATE

Develop education in the administration requires knowledge and skills in the long-term. People often consider administration science are easy to learn, but in the reality more people worked in the adminitration section not too know about administration science. Administration science essentially from management science, because administration not in a certain time, but for a long time or continuous. Replied challenges, goverments not find alumnus educational administration, so education department decided to organize the department of educational administration or educational management. goverment describe alumnus of educational administration as education managers in the education office or school. Many confusing from alumnus educational administration about will be them after they pass in the educatinal administration. Like a new news make some university student become confuse, so many unviersity student change their majors.

Role of goverment to confront of confusing students should often make sosialiszation for university student of educational administration, in order to make educational administration more understanding future they could to be. Student university also capable for seacrhing work. Not escape from lecture and staff to convince their students to survive in on their majors and pass learning in the educational administration. Undercommunication of socialization for student university made the most students confuse for pass their learning. Many parents doubt alumnus of educational administration such as what is perceived by their children.

Goverment also should provide specific work for almunus of educational administration, so that the students also have a view into their future will become.

It is indeed so many thought that the educational administration gradute will be administrative employees (TU). But rarely also opportunity for them to be lecture, but it’s just most of it. Many almunus explaining their work in the bank, but whay education graduates can work in the bank? Its so impossible, right?

It is not the case that education graduates are in the scope of education, so they can optimize their performance with the knowledge that the acceptence. Here, the role of goverment is needed to convince student university. But goverment not responding what student ask. They disposed to answer that graduate from educational administration can work in the education sector but administration section or correspondence. So for they are graduates of college or university, they want to become administration.

Till now the role of goverment is still expected by the lecture of educational administration, to provide righteously for student of educational administration. Many students of educational administration who want to know the truth of their future employment opportunity. goverment not include for answer some statement from their students of educational adminitration. The lecture corroberate their students with establish class visitor have pass from educational administration which has been not success in the education sector. From another side have negative statement from students of educational administration if often class visitor with alumnus of educational administration has been success but not in the education sector,  then who will manage education if not with profesional people in the educational administration?

Answer statement from students of educational administration, compatible with Permendiknas No. 24 Tahun 2008 that officer of Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah (TAS) quallified as ‘Berpendidikan S1 program studi yang relevan dengan pengalaman kerja sebagai tenaga administrasi sekolah/madrasah minimal 4 (empat) tahun, atau D3 dan yang sederajat, program studi yang relevan, dengan pengalaman kerja sebagai tenaga administrasi sekolah/madrasah minimal 8 (delapan) tahun’. Or possible role of goverment supply employment for alumnus of educational administration in education sector as education planner, manager of education and education supervisor.

In addition alumnus of educational administration can become as teacher, like teacher in seior high school as management teacher. As education planner have a duty like arrange a programm, manage activity, bring about evaluation programm, monitoring and manage activity in the education sector, like in the education department, university or college, and the other of education sector. As manager of education have duty on planner activity, organizing activity and evaluating activity for support of task activity on education sector. As supervisor education have duty on controlling all activity of education sector, usually supervisor education in a place like nasional department.
